Pink was produced from 2 different clones of Pinot Noir. Vinification was done by quickly pressing whole bunches of grapes with stamps then 30% fermented in 5-6-year-old 500-liter oak barrels and 70% in the tank. Ageing on lees 3-4 months.
Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulfites. Vegan.
Brilliant pale rose gold in color, the bouquet shows lifted red berry aromas and hints of forest fruits on the nose, while the palate features intense red and black cherry flavors along with mouthwatering freshness and liveliness, followed by a long, clean finish. The Pink style showcases the flavors normally associated with a red wine because it is a white wine made from red grapes.
