Culty Pinot Blanc (yes it’s a thing.)
The folks at Championship Bottle see Pinot Blanc in a different light. For them, it’s not a cash cow, it’s a grape that deserves attention and respect. The Pinot Blanc from Championship Bottles experienced extended elevage (a pretty terrible economic decision) but the resulting wine is something that has a cult following. Racy, intellectually compelling, and compulsively delicious.
