Fall in love with Pinot Gris.
The Pinot Gris was picked with the intent of being bright and high acid prior to being fermented with native yeast in a neutral barrel. The wine remained there for 18 months, and has real minerality and tension. Only 48 cases of this wine were produced.
- Championship Bottle is a winery working in the Willamette Valley of Oregon inspired by the wines of Friuli in Northeast Italy.
- Oregon’s cool climate allows this company to produce mostly white wines with texture and bright minerality.
- This Pinot Gris is sourced from the Lewman Vineyard, a parcel in the Eola Amity Hills site that sits between Bethel Heights Justice and Temperance Hills vineyard (essentially, it’s one of the best plots in Oregon)
