2020 marks my first official vintage. Following the mild winter, the vines were able to develop as desired. Abundant rainfall during June gave strong vegetative expression and a good amount of work. Rolling and cover crops arrived, and with biodynamic preparations the soil life bubbled up. At the same time, the cellar has changed to make way for smaller containers to separate each plot of the estate. The harvest was therefore able to begin on August 25 with the Pinot Noir and end on September 12. A very good phenolic maturity characterizes this vintage while keeping a good acidity and low alcohols.
