Some things just go together – like apples and grapes. The Piquenique Pinotosh is a mixture of a wine and a cider, with a bit of added sparkle. Vinified with zero sulfur.
- Piquenique Wine’s inaugural vintage was 2020, and it was started by Tess Bryant - an importer - and Niccolo Coturri - a Natty wine legend.
- Piquenique was started during 2020, and Tess and Niccolo had to make some changes to harvesting their fruit due to COVID isolation practices but we are very happy with how everything turned out!
- All wines and ciders undergo spontaneous fermentation, with zero additions including sugars and yeasts of any kind.
