- A piquette is made by adding water to grape pomace (i.e. all the good stuff left over from the first run) and fermenting what’s left of the sugars.
- Terah Bajjalieh is a winemaker, native Californian, woman of color and certified somm who studied viticulture in France and Spain, and started her own personal label in 2020.
- Terah sources fruit from organic and biodynamically farmed vineyards from unique microclimates in California.
