This Portuguese co-ferment of 25 indigenous varieties from the Alto Duro is sourced from 80+ year old vines planted on two hectares of schist and granite soils. After hand harvesting, the grapes were left whole cluster to fermented in stainless steel for three weeks.
- Tiago Sampaio started Folias de Baco in 2007, and his love of wine was inspired by his grandfather piggybacking on his grandfather through the farms and vineyards.
