From a 0.2ha parcel at the top of Puligny-Montrachet. Clay/limestone soils, the top section of which contains a significant amount of marl. Certified organic since 2005, only worked by hand or horse. Foot crushed, direct press, 1 day clarification, and then barreled-down. Aged for 8 months in a single 450L barrel. 550 bottles produced. No SO2 added.
