Taste the American dream!
Reve Americain is a cuvée sourced from three different plots of Pommard: 50% from 70 year old vines from Les Noizons, 25% from 90 year old vines from La Croix Blanche, and 25% from 50 year old vines from Le Poisot. The wine was fermented for 10 days, through a semi-carbonic maceration process with gentle pressing prior to being unfined and unfiltered with zero SO2. Great acid, with plenty of savory characteristics.
- Vin Noe is helmed by Jonathan Purcell, a San Diego kid who knew he wanted to make wine at the tender age of 15; he became an expat and moved to Burgundy as soon as he could
- Jonathan started as a tractor operator at Domaine de Montille, and worked for many years under Philippe Pacalet.
- Vin Noe is a micro domain based out of a 100 year old cuverie in Auxey-Duresses, and the wines are produced from purchased grapes sourced from Mâcon, Beaujolais, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint Aubin.
