Revel “Ribbon” is a rare but totally crushable cider from Ontario, Canada. Made from hybrid Muscat grapes, red plums and blueberries blended with cider for a pop of watermelon jolly ranchers dipped in grapefruit juice. While its candied and tart in flavor, its still totally crushable.
- Revel Cider was truly a labor of love, this passion project was started by Tariq Ahmed, a die-hard fermentation enthusiast and one of the youngest cider producers in North America.
- All of Revel’s ciders are spontaneously fermented and have zero residual sugar.
- Revel’s facility is on an organic vegetable farm in Ontario, Canada, and the philosophy is: if you can grow it or forage it, they’ll have likely used it in their cider.
