Electrisch is German for Electric, and that’s exactly how Florian Fauth likes his Rieslings. 70% of the fruit is sourced from Aulerde, a Grand Cru site in Westhofen that is farmed by Florian and his brother-in-law, Klaus Peter Keller
(whose name may ring a bell.) The rest of the fruit comes from Florian’s grower friends in the village. The resulting wine from Weingut Seehof races with minerality and acid, coupled with the aroma of a mouthwateringly crisp Granny Smith apple.
