A former beekeeper, Eric Pfifferling realized the full potential of his exceptional terroir and extremely old vines, located in the heart of Tavel, on the east side of the Rhône River. Certified organic, vines and harvests are all done by hand, he “avoids all manipulation in the winery, meaning no added yeast, enzymes, or sulfur”.
Tasting Notes: Cherry red in colour with aromas of strawberry, cherry, sea spray, a wisp of funk and a nuance of wildflowers. Red currant, apple, pomegranate, a shake of white pepper and fresh herbs are glossed by good acidity. Strawberry and orange zest linger between each silky sip. Fun, fruity and nimble.
