Sparkling Rosé that bounces to its own beat.
This Pét Nat is composed of a blend of Gamay, Pineau d’Aunis, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley. The Organic grapes were purchased from another grower and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless tanks. The wine was aged for 18 months on its lees, without fining, filtration or added sulfur.
