From a 0.2ha parcel located directly above the winery. Southwest facing, which is unusual for white Burgundy outside of Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses. Shallow, fine, loamy red clay soils on highly active limestone. Two-week carbonic whole cluster in stainless steel with no juice (dry carbo), then pressed direct into barrel. Aged for 8 months in a single barrel. 300 bottles produced. No SO2 added.
