100% Chardonnay from organically-farmed vines planted on a 40-acre parcel and vinified by one of Burgundy’s rising stars, Vin Noe. The wine was fermented naturally, in 500-liter barrels and was bottled without fining, filtration or added sulfites. We recommend hanging on to this one for a little bit – it will definitely pay off!
