Herve Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993, comprised of five hectares of old vines in the Rhône Valley. Herve was able to reclaim this vineyard site in 2013 and promptly began converting the vines to organic. There are typical markers of a Rhône Syrah such as smoky bacon, and dark cherries, yet this wine is surprisingly light. Medium bodied. 100% Syrah.
