100% Sauvignon Blanc, pressed straight to barrel for fermentation on the skins. Hangs out in 10 year old barrels all winter long, then wakes up to go through full malolactic fermentation. Crispy and easy-drinking, but has some profound texture and weight that elevates it from an everyday bottle.
