The Jardin du Poira 2020 was harvested manually then fermented in vats and barrel aged for 2 years. The Sauvignon Blanc Jardin du Poira has two personalities: tropical fruit and stony mineral. We never know who is going to show up first - and it never gets boring, that’s for sure.

Les Jardins des Theseiis is helmed by Anouk “Ann” Lavoie-Lamoreux and her husband Paul-André Risse, after they took over a piece of Bruno Allion’s Domaine in the Loire Valley.
Paul and Ann met while studying in the field of respiratory research, but both immediately became disenchanted with the work and decided to pursue their shared passion of wine together.
Paul and Ann worked for other estates throughout France, including Château Palmer and Ferme de la Sansonnière.
