Corentin Houillon is a rising star among winemakers in the Savoie. Stellar winemaking runs in the family, as he’s the nephew to legends like Manu Houillon, the winemaker of the legendary Jura domaine Maison Pierre Overnoy. This bottle is an experimental orange, consisting of Altesse, macerated on skins then aged in demi-muids on fine lees.

After looking for several years, Corentin Houillon chose to settle at a 5-hectare plot on the Savoie that was initially built in 1640. The soil on the Domaine is called, “molasse,” and it is composed of a mixture of sandstone and calcareous cement.
