This blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Garnatxa Blanca has plenty of salinity due to the limestone soils these old vines thrived on prior to harvest. The vines were Biodynamically farmed on Joan Ramón Escoda’s higher altitude Catalonian vineyards that are typically 300 or more meters above sea level. The wine is aged in a mixture of amphora and old French barrels, yielding a textured and viscous wine with length for days.
