The ultimate stout for lambic lovers.
Geuzerie Tilquin’s Stout Rullquin is a mixture of ⅞ Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and ⅛ blend of 1 year old young lambics. After blending, the beer matures for 8 months in oak barrels, then is refermented again in bottle. This beer is the first of its kind, and has been made since 2014. Drinks a lot more like a cappuccino than bitter black coffee stout, with tart, funky lambic qualities.
