The Kanjuku or “ripe plum” is a sake made with plums locally grown in Wakayama. The site of the brewery used to be a temple for over 500 years prior, and the local spring water is very soft – perfect for brewing Sake. This lovingly crafted sake has the perfect balance of richness with acidity from the plums.
