100% Moscatel Galego from the Duoro made by Tiago Sampaio, one of Portugal's star Natural Wine producers. Moscatel Galego is a lively, aromatic white variety with floral and citrus aromas, typically used in fortified wine. The grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation after a two week maceration period, giving this bubbly beauty a lovely copper color.

Tiago Sampaio is an innovative young winemaker of the project Folias de Baco, a project that started in 2007 that focuses on marrying traditional Portuguese vinification practices with a modern twist.
Tiago fell in love with wine after piggybacking through the vineyards on his grandfather’s back.
These vines are 30-40 years old, planted in granite and schist soils.
