Envinate Canary Islands. This cuvée is sourced from two old, braided parcels of Listan Negro - one of the region’s signature red grapes. The vines were fermented separately in concrete vats and aged in neutral French oak barrels. The fruit for this cuvée comes from the La Habanera plot on volcanic sand at the highest elevation.
