100% Chenin Blanc. Producer Mark Angéli has 4ha of Chenin in his small 7ha vineyard. He has an additional 4ha of fruits and vegetables. Dedicated to natural and biodynamic principles, he and his comrades continue to challenge other growers and winemakers to engage in these farming techniques to increase the amount of quality wine produced.
Since 2013, he has vinified a portion of this vineyard in amphore.
