A high acid white from the Loire Valley made from the rare grape Meslier-Saint-François, this bright little beauty is loaded with green apple aromas and plenty of pucker power. Fermented and aged in 500 L demi-muids for just a little bit of added structure, the “Meslier” is sure to be a hit among high acid white lovers everywhere!

Thierry Puzelat, a legend in the Loire Valley, is the OG behind Domaine Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme, founded in 1999; he had a desire to preserve the rapidly dwindling stocks of indigenous Loire varietals like Pineau d’Aunis, Menu Pineau, and Romorantin.
In 2009, Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme, a motivated teenager with a passion for wine who dropped out of high school, joined forces with Thierry Puzelat and their collaboration received its namesake.
This wine comes from a single parcel of rare 80+ year old Meslier-Saint-François vines that grow in the Touraine.
Meslier-Saint-François is a rare cross of Chenin Blanc and Gouais Blanc.
