One big boi.
For folks who are fans of Carignan - you know all about this powerful, meaty grape. The ultimate “big red,” for all your hearty meals is lovingly tended to by Chloe and Fred, two vignerons within the Faugéres. The vines are Demeter Certified Organic, because they take that shit seriously. Baking spices interlaced with liquorice smoke.
- Domaine Les Serrals is helmed by Chloe and Fred, who met when Fred had a “boring job,” working in the Petroleum industry.
- After falling in love - with both wine and each other - they dove headfirst into winemaking and settled down in the Languedoc in 2016.
- The Domaine is essentially a “Clos” of vines that range from 20-60 years old.
- Chloe and Fred have plantings of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Cinsault.
