Axel bought 7 hectare of vines (400 meter altitude) and this makes the cuvée Avanti Popolo 2022: 30% grenache, 30% merlot, 15% syrah, 15% cabernet, 10% alicante. This is the first year of conversion towards organic farming for these parcels, he went for something simple & a shorter maceration than usual (3 days). This is a really pleasant wine, easy drinking, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur.
