Philippe likes to describe himself as "Un artisan consigncieux" (a conscientious craftsman). His vines are planted in the small city of Mus, in the Languedoc.
The wines are made to be natural and accessible: delicious juice. This is a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault fermented whole bunch for 6 months in demi-muids. He harvests only the most perfect bunches to make his flawless and outstanding cuvées!
