From a 0.4 ha parcel from the La Bottiere climat in Juliénas, which is owned
by Domaine David-Beaupère. 75–90-year-old vines planted on soils with a
small amount of clay and granite. 15-day whole cluster semi-carbonic
maceration in a 3000L wooden vat. Aged in old barrels for 10 months.
2400 bottles produced. No SO2 added.
