This wine is a collaboration project between Cantina Giardino and Nicola Nardone that revolves around the Fiano grape, and passing down viticultural traditions.
This wine consists of two parts Fiano: one aged in stainless steel and another aged in wood.
Fiano is a rich, waxy, white grape that typically grows in Southern Italy; it has plenty of aging potential.
