Cascina Gasparda has been in the family, for generations, wine has always been produced for family consumption and for a few customers who bought it in bulk until in 2010 the first bottled production of Cascina Gasparda was born.
They are located in the Casalese Monferrato area, a UNESCO heritage since 2014. The soils of the hills vary from the red to the gray of the clays to the white of the most precious coasts, the calcareous marly ones, where the grape variety that most represents this small area of Piedmont is found: the grignolino!

Any additional information regarding viticulture: grignolino is the representative grape variety of our area and this vineyard it has always been the home of this vine.
The young age of the vineyard is due to the fact that a landslide devastated a large part of the previous one.
