Sophie and Clement Maire Kurdziel have created a pét nat made from Cabernet Franc and Grolleau Gris. This wine was vinified in the ancestrale method, with secondary fermentation occurring spontaneously in the bottle. A bright, refreshingly lifted, and racy expression of pink.
- Les Justices is run by Sophie and Clément Maire-Kurrdziel who live and make their wines from a carefully selected set of parcels in the area surrounding Chinon and Saumur.
- The property consists of five hectares total, planted with Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Pineau d’Aunis, Grolleau and Cabernet Sauvignon.
- The vines were planted between 1947 and 1970.
