A floral-driven expression of 100% Pinot Noir from Volnay, gently macerated in ancient qvevri. Qvevri are round, earthenware pots buried partially in the ground, commonly used in wineries in the Caucasus, but are starting to be a popular method for aging wine. The resulting Burg is a fruity, floral and spicy wine.
