This is Pray Tell's fourth take on Gamay Noir and its a stunner. The grapes were sourced from three organically farmed vineyards from two different AVAs in the Willamette Valley: Yamhill-Carlton and Eola-Amity Hills. A portion of the grapes were left as whole clusters to allow carbonic maceration to get those beautiful energetic fruit notes.
Tom Caruso - winemaker over at Pray Tell - started his journey into winemaking by making wines on a Pennsylvania street corner with his grandfather.
Pray Tell Wines are sustainably farmed and vinified with a featherlight touch, yielding transparent, terroir-driven wines.
