Miranus is a single varietal expression of Xarel-lo that’s as crisp and refreshing as an ocean breeze. Xarel-lo is a grape typically used in Cava, Spain’s sparkling answer to Champagne. The grapes were harvested, vinified spontaneously in stainless steel, and aged on its lees for six months. Miranius means “peer into nests,” which is a tribute to the foxes that roam Celler Credo’s biodiverse vineyards, looking for a snack. 😳
Vibes with:
- Midnight pantry raiding.
- Surfboards.
- Tinned fish of all kinds.
