ABOUT: Set up in 2018 by Maxime Dancoine and his friend Guillaume Lavie, this négociant project focuses on sourcing organic fruit from Savoie, Bugey, and Isère. The project is now run exclusively by Dancoine, who also manages his estate project, L’Aitonnement, and is well-known as an oenologist for Oeno Conseil. He arrived in Savoie in 2010, working for several notable winemakers and the CAAPG before taking over a historic vineyard. This bottling is a wonderful introduction to the whites of the region and showcases Dancoine’s craftsmanship.
