We're only able to accept the return of goods that are flawed or defective within 30 days of purchase. We're able to offer a replacement of the same item or issue a store credit for the price of the bottle(s). If you think a good you purchased from us is defective, please email us at info@domestiquewine.com with photos and a description of the defect.
Please review your order confirmation emails carefully and verify you ordered the correct items and gave us the correct shipping details! Domestique isn't responsible for incorrect orders placed by the buyer.
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 3 days of placing the order and prior to the shipment/delivery of the order. All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We can't accept the return of any goods that were opened, damaged during transportation, or altered in any way.
