Chilled red lovers will fall hard for Furlani’s Minö Carbo Rosso. Native red variety Marzemino with a little white for lift, from the Italian Alpine region of Trentino. Sourced from Cantina Furlani’s very small plot of indigenous vines and done in the ancestrale method.
- Cantina Furlani consists of a small, high-elevation plot of vines that tower 700+ meters above sea level, tended to by Mateo Furlani, a fourth generation farmer.
- He studied agronomy in school, and was taught winemaking by his grandparents.
