Fabien Lapeyre is leading a new wave in Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux. Since taking over his family’s estate in 2012, he’s redefined Right Bank wines by focusing on top vines, diverse grape varieties, and innovative aging methods. His 'Entre-Deux-Mers' blends 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon from clay-limestone soils, hand-harvested and vinified in 400L barrels, with malolactic fermentation on the Sémillon and six months of lees aging. Citrus zest, salinity and delightful acidity that has a long finish. A restrained expression that speak to the the greatness of this grape and limestone soils.
