El Carner is a lieu-dit that produces two wines. There is a Grenache Gris field blend for the red and a neighboring parcel of Macabeu for the white. El Carner is local Catalan dialect for "The Ram".

Two week, whole-cluster maceration. The wine is pressed and racked into clay anfora for fermentation and aging.
