The Matassa VDF Blanc Coume De L’Olla 2023 is a blend of Macabeo, Muscat d’Alexandrie and Muscat Petits Grains. All fruit comes from the Coume de l'Olla vineyard. The wine was fermented with a two week whole-cluster maceration, prior to being fermented and aged in concrete vats.
