Vineyard: 15-25 years old vines on limestone. Estate-owned and farmed organically by Max&Marika themselves
Making of: the grapes are hand-picked and then macerated semi-carbonically. Native yeast only. Aged on lees for 9 months, in 1200l neutral barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a tiny addition of SO2 (10ppm max).
Personality: light (9.5% alc vol only) and refreshing white, with heaps of citrus and floral notes. Incredibly easy to drink while still layered and interesting – our tasting notes say “the kind of wine you can drink by gallons”
