Alexandre Giquel's Chenins are liquid proof that less is more. Alexandre is one of the few vignerons within the Loire Valley to farm his vines entirely without tractors - he uses horses instead. The vines are only sprayed with herbal teas that Alexandre sprays by hand via a backpack.
