Our saison goes through a hop back full of El Dorado hops . Very dry but bursting with pineapple esters as well as notes of kiwi, tart cherry, and grapefruit, this farmhouse ale makes us want to use a certain overused five letter word most often found on hype brewers' menus and the bum of sweatpants. But we are not going to go there, we're just going to enjoy sipping this super fresh brew.

SECRET TECHNIQUES

Aqua Predator Wet Hopped Saison is brewed with 100 pounds (per 20 barrel turn) of hops picked by our friends at Hop Head Farms in Michigan in the morning, shuttled to us, and placed in a makeshift hopback in the afternoon brew. The completely unprocessed hops add fresh grass and unique citrus notes to our base farmhouse ale.
