Møn Navy Strength Gin is a salty and aromatic gin from Denmark (and quite possibly one of the best gins we’ve ever tasted.) All the botanicals used in Møn are exclusively foraged from the Isle of Møn, a windy island off the coast of Copenhagen. This version is Navy Strength, so the ABV is 58% - making it great in cocktails.
- Isle of Møn is a project started by Sara and Uffe Skaaning Lind, that started in 2016 with the idea of crafting a gin using botanicals exclusively from Møn.
- They harvest the botanicals the same day of distillation.
- The botanicals included are: juniper, elderflower, angelica root, sweet cicely, tansy, wild rose, lemon balm, mugwort, honey from white clover, and white chalk from the cliffs.
