Aurelien Burgaud is all about making the wine he loves to drink. He started making wine in 2017, and learned his trade from a winegrower in a large estate. In 2020, he started his own label, focusing on crafting Beaujolais from a 2-hectare plot. Aurelien believes his role as a vigneron is to be a steward of the wine’s journey, and to allow his vines to do what is natural for them.
