Philokalia’s 'Stubborn Saints' is a composition of indigenous, dry-farmed old vine grapes to the Southwestern Hills of Bethlehem in Palestine. The grapes were 100% destemmed, and the resulting wine is light-bodied, fresh and delicate. Only 1393 bottles produced.
