Boomer juice this is not. Château Le Puy’s Emilien is a sulry, structured, and spicy composition of Merlot (85%) Cabernet Sauvignon (7%) Cabernet Franc (6%) Malbec (1%) and Carménère (1%.) The vines are around 60 years of age and are organically and biodynamically farmed within the clay and limestone soils of Saint-Émilion. Beautiful, bold, and eternally stylish.

• Château Le Puy has been quietly crafting minimal interventions in Saint-Émilion since 1610.

• The property sits on the Saint-Émilion and Pomerol Plateau at the second highest point in the Gironde.
