Pittnauer’s Konig Rosé is composed of 80% Blaufränkisch, 10% Zweigelt and 10% St. Laurent from 15 to 20 year old vines planted on a mosaic of different soil types, ranging from sand to loam and chalk. The fruit was harvested by hand and sorted prior to spontaneous fermentation and resting for three months on the lees in stainless tanks. Bright, high acid, and dangerously drinkable!
Vibes with:
- Blasting the AC. (sorry)
- Tuna carpaccio.
- Flipping through F1, cycling and tennis matches all summer.
